Bayi Steel mass produces X65 pipeline steel

Recently, mass production of pipeline steel has been realised in Xinjiang Bayi Steel. The first batch of 20,000 tonnes of hot-rolled coils has been delivered to Baoji, Shaanxi. After inspection, various process control accuracies of the product have a l l reached the required standards, which helps to gain experience in developing new products in future. With the cooperation of related departments, the second steel-making plant of Bayi Steel tried the experimental development of X65 pipeline steel for the first time. To cope with high content of inclusion and unstable nitrogen content in the liquid steel, occurred during the production, the technicians made detailed tracking analysis and adopted a series of measures, so that all the technical measures improved continuously.
