This success makes in-cosmetics Asia 2014 an essential trade event for companies seeking to break into or expand their business in the region.

Thailand is once again is to host in-cosmetics Asia, the largest pan-Asian personal care ingredients event of its kind. Boasting of a completely free Educational Programme, as well as  source raw materials and ingredients to develop creative product concepts that meet consumer demand and expectations, this must-attend event takes place Nov 4-6, 2014 at the BITEC in Bangkok.

Innovation Zone at in-cosmetics Asia: A perfect platform for businesses to showcase innovations and expertise, and for beauty and personal care players to share insights and knowledge

Over 400 exhibitors from Asia join a host of global businesses focusing on the APAC region. New exhibitors include Bayer Material Science (China), Macrocare Tech (South Korea) and Nusil Technologies (USA), and welcomes back BASF (Germany), DuPont Tate & Lyle BioProducts (USA), Ingredients Plus (Thailand), and Solvay (Singapore).

Offering unrivalled networking and educational opportunities, the Educational Programme at this year’s show is 100% free. One of the highlights is the purpose-built and equipped Interactive Formulation Lab exclusively for formulators, R&D, technicians and chemists. Sessions that will cover theory and practice across a range of disciplines to hone skills and impart best practice knowledge on developing formulations will also be hosted by BASF, Dr Straetmans, Gattefossé, and Lipoid Kosmetik.

“This year we’ve added new elements such as the Interactive Formulation Lab and the Fragrance Zone to offer businesses practical, hands-on education and guidance from some of the industry’s leading experts. The 100 per cent-free Educational Programme is also a first, offering visitors the depth and breadth of market insight, advice and expertise to help them to ensure their products are not only in line with consumer trends and expectations, but also meet the increasingly stringent product and ingredient regulations,” Sarah Gibson, exhibition director, in-cosmetics Asia explained.

Fragrance Zone is a dedicated space where visitors can source fragrance ingredients as well as discuss the technical challenges involved with adding fragrance to beauty and personal care products.

Also new is the co-located COSMEX, the new international exhibition on cosmetics manufacturing, packaging and labelling technologies and OEM/ODM services that will mean visitors can source everything required to launch a successful product to market. This concurrent event will also offer important developments through its exhibitors and seminar programme.
