MUMBAI – Beauty India 2014, the first-of-its-kind international trade event for the beauty, cosmetics & wellness industry, is will premiere on 11-13 December at the Bombay Exhibition Centre.
Organized by UBM India, the country’s largest live media and events company, Beauty India will provide end-to-end solutions to the entire beauty and cosmetics products industry, from sourcing ingredients and machinery to the manufacturing and packaging of products.
This initiative has been well received by India’s beauty and cosmetics industry, with trade group Chemexcil - Basic Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals & Cosmetics Export Promotion Council (a Ministry of Commerce & Industry Government of India initiative), The Indian Home & Personal Care Industry Association (IHPCIA), Fragrances and Flavours Association of India (FAFAI), Indian Spa and Wellness Association (ISWA), EU Chamber of Commerce and the All India Hair and Beauty Association (AIHBA) providing their support.
Exhibitors catering to the beauty, cosmetics, salon and spa sector, with a platform to network with businesses and showcase their products in the fashion, luxury and lifestyle conscious Indian cosmetics market will be at Beauty India. The exhibiting sectors will primarily include Ingredients, Raw Material and Contract Manufacturing, Packaging and Machinery, and Spa and Salon Products.
The three-day expo will feature prominent brands like Essel Propack, Cheryl Laboratories Pvt Ltd, Alchem International Ltd, Bhanu Cosmetic Packaging, Mascot Universal Pvt. Ltd., and Scope Ingredients Pvt. Ltd, amongst others. The event will also be marked by a series of educational seminars, buyer-seller meets, and workshops on Hair, Makeup and Nail Spa.
