Bei Jyu presents their Horizontal Tool Magazine with high-speed large tool plate this time in the exhibition. The magazine is of 50#-60T and is twin-arm supported with hex-slpine shafts.

Bei Jyu presents their Horizontal Tool Magazine with high-speed large tool plate this time in the exhibition. The magazine is of 50#-60T and is twin-arm supported with hex-slpine shafts. The machine is powered by high efficient servo motor, providing higher accuracy during processing. When tools are in swapping cycle, tool locking mechanism is designed to clamp firmly and the magazine adopt large chai-driven plate instead of conventional tool disc, so that it is capable of absorbing the transmission inertia, unlike gear driven counterparts. The magazine is consisted of large plate, tool pots, inner rail, and chain wheel plate. The unit is supported by two points, with extra two auxiliary supporting points and four datum faces.
