Benteler selects equipment from AP&T

Benteler Aluminium Systems in T?nder, Denmark manufactures structural parts based on extruded aluminum profiles for several leading European car manufacturers. The company recently invested in new equipment from AP&T.

The delivery includes a new 315 metric ton ODEN press with standard bolster and an extra side-mounted servo axis/automation for specialized tool usage.

"The project has been run on schedule and in close collaboration between AP&T and Benteler, which has been and still is important in terms of the continued installation and running-in process for our fully automated line," says S?ren Pedersen, process development manager at Benteler Aluminium Systems.

AP&T designs, manufactures and markets automation, presses, tools and complete production lines for the sheet metal and tube forming industry.
