Bespoke applicator for anti-cellulite gel

L'OR葾L has utilised RPC Bramlage-Wiko's bespoke application system for the new Cellulite Crusher Roll-On, part of Garnier Skin Naturals bodytonic range. The application system, patented by L'Or閍l, consists of five injection-moulded parts including the rollerball, which is manufactured in thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). Its specially designed head offers a soothing massage action while dispensing gel via strategically cut grooves in the plastic. An effective closure also ensures long-term product preservation. This complex construction required precision manufacture to ensure that the highest standard of functionality was matched by the premium image expected of Garnier. L'Or閍l turned to RPC Bramlage-Wiko based on their excellent long-term relationship in bringing innovative packaging solutions to market. The complete system is designed to fit onto the 100 ml and 150 ml extrusion blow moulded bottles used by L'Or閍l.
