Better productivity from double clipper

AS the first clipping machine in the medium segment to permit product-specific settings, the semi-automatic double clipper PDC 600/700 has been improved further with features once only found in automatic versions. To improve productivity, the separator ensures shorter lever movements. For smaller diameters, the separator opening can be reduced to suit the corresponding diameter range. The length of operating lever can also be adjusted to reduce operator fatigue. New electric-pneumatic control ensures that the machine works even faster. The low air consumption of the machine saves money, e.g., the optimised looper now only needs an air pressure of 3 bar. Serviceability has been improved as well. The control box can be opened without any tool and exchange of the knife cylinder has been greatly simplified. As a real all-rounder, the PDC series can handle single portions, chains, calibre sausages, half rings or whole rings. The can reliably close and efficiently process all plastic, fibrous, collagen and natural casings (20 to 115 mm ?with the PDC 700; 90mm ?for PDC 600).
