Big representation of Spanish companies in CIMT 2013

This year's edition of the CIMT Trade Fair in Beijing Spain will have, as in previous editions, a large representation of Spanish Machine Tool, accessories, component parts and tools manufacturers.

Specifically, about 22 companies will exhibit their most important technological innovations in the CIMT pavilions and stands: AUTOPULIT, BOST, DANOBAT GROUP, DENN, DIVIPREC, ETXE-TAR, FAGOR AUTOMATION, GAMOR, HUSILLOS IPIRANGA, IBARMIA, INTEGI, JUARISTI, KENDU, KORTA, LANTEK, NICOLáS CORREA, ONA ELECTROEROSIóN, SHUTON, SIDEPALSA, TECNOSPIRO, ZAYER and AFM with a total occupied space of 1,655 m2.

Competitiveness and Sustainability

Spain is the third largest manufacturer and exporter of machine tools, accessories, components and tools in the European Union. This is the best demonstration of the extremely high level of trust our customers place in Spanish Machine Tools.

A trust that has succeeded in Spanish machine tools, accessories, components and tools playing a very important role in the most relevant industrial sectors of the economy. Automotive, aeronautics and aerospace, energy generation, railways, capital goods, dies and moulds or electrical appliances, amongst others, are the main Spanish machine tool user sectors.

Our experience in the car industry, thanks to a wide range of solutions aimed at the largest car manufacturers in the world’s production plants, our capacity for adapting to new materials, quick tool changing as well as the high acceleration of our machines are worthy of mention.

On the other hand, the aerospace industry has become an important and growing destination for the AFM associate companies' products, as both the main manufacturers and the auxiliary companies have committed themselves to Spanish machine tools, accessories, components and tools producers.

Other sectors where our presence is more and more important are the manufacturing of capital goods and metal mechanical goods, energy generation (especially the wind industry) and railways, which have a high growth potential for years to come.
