Bitter-free stevia

THE NiuVia Stevia is bitter-free according to manufacturer US Niutang. It utilizes MycoTechnology’s MycoZyme all-natural, non-GMO and chemical-free process to eliminate the bitter, metallic after-taste associated with stevia. With the unpleasant taste removed, stevia extracts can be used in concentrations above industry standards of 300 ppm without the lingering aftertaste.

“NiuVia Stevia and the MycoZyme^TM process unlocks the true potential of stevia extracts. The metallic lingering aftertaste is completely removed, even in low Reb-A concentrations of Stevia Extracts,” said Nancy Hughes, vice president for sales and marketing for US Niutang.
