Blow-moulding machine

The ADM-75IMD Blow Molding Machine is specially designed with an advance German type die head, featuring "first-in, first-out" performance. Plasticising screw and barrel is precision machined from special nitrogen treated steel. The machine is suitable for producing 500cc~5 litres containers. The double station configuration allows for continuous blow moulding. This eliminates down time and upgrades production. The blow-nozzle is circulated by chilled-water to produce good and accurate bottle neck during calibrating. Equipped with 10" TFT colorful LCD screen with human-machine interfacing control system, it provides powerful functions, maximum operational convenience and user-friendly operation. It also can be fitted with an imported Japanese MOOG 100 points parison control to ensure consistent product quality and uniform thickness.
