BSG exhibits complete product line

The products of BSG are summarized in the term ONE. These create an integrated system family. Beginning with the operating and automation system ONEoperate. This serves to control and operate a complete extrusion line with pelletizer, film and platen systems including the conveying and dosing of the raw materials. The visualization and control system ONEview provides good overview and control of one or several lines. The software ONEexchange is responsible for the order and recipe management. The system family is completed by the PC based software ONEdatagate. This serves for archiving and analyzing of process data and its fifth version has been released this year. Now, it is introduced to a wide audience. The program's special strength lies in the flexible configurability via the user and the reporting of this software. 

At the BSG booth (Hall 4, E:18), three points can be seen.  At these, the different systems are installed. "At our booth, the visitor has the exclusive possibility to experience the ONE system family in direct interaction. Moreover, the visitor has the chance to test the systems." said Thomas Drechsler, Head of Marketing BSG. An especially programmed software simulation of an extrusion line serves for an authentic display at the monitors.
