Buhler commits to food safety

PROCESS engineering specialists Buhler Technology Group is supporting the "Global Initiative for Food Systems Leadership" within the scope of multi-year support to the University of Minnesota, USA. GIFSL involves educational institutions worldwide and works with government agencies, private companies from the food sector and non-governmental organisations to foster an inter-disciplinary and inter-cultural network and carry out training programmes to promote food safety. Buhler's support will be used for professional further training programmes, and to promote co-operation between food manufacturers and providers of the process engineering technologies.
