The study found that West Coast cities Portland and San Francisco are paving the way for organic eating, but the East Coast’s Providence and Boston, the Midwest’s Minneapolis and the South’s Austin also made it into the list of the top 10 most organic cities, showing that organic eating is top of mind year-round and not just a trend during the warmer months when more fresh produce is available or peak growing season.
