Cermex has a new MD

MARC VILLE became managing director of Cermex, the end-of-line packaging company, with effect on July 1, 2011. He succeeds Jean-Félix Lesueur, who has been given a new assignment within Sidel, Cermex's parent company. In his new role, Mr Ville will report to Philippe Lejeune, Cermex Group chairman & EVP in charge of Sidel's Food Home Personal Care (FHPC) division.
Mr Ville, 48, has been in the Tetra Laval Group for the past 12 years, most recently as vice president of the Industrial Programme for Sidel since 2009. His appointments comes at a key moment at Cermex (www.cermex.com), which for the past year has undertaken the modernisation of its design and production tools and the adaptation of its organisation in order to fulfil its global ambitions.
After graduating from the école Nationale Supérieure de Chimie in Paris, Mr Ville began his career with Michelin and then Lafarge. He then spent six years in the automotive parts industry before joining the Tetra Laval Group. Marc Ville has been director of the Tetra Pak plant in Dijon, managing director of Sidel Malaysia, and vice president of Industrial Operations in Beijing.Jordan XII Slide
