Changes at supervisory board, executive board of Schaeffler

The Supervisory Board of Schaeffler AG has decided to appoint Klaus Rosenfeld as Chief Executive Officer of Schaeffler AG for a five-year term effective July 1, 2014. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Peter Gutzmer has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Schaeffler AG. His contract was extended by five years effective January 1, 2015.
