China market demands rise to new growth stage

With development in China’s industrialization and automation application, accompanying demands in high-performance and reliable hydraulic, pneumatic, sealing and related components are rising dramatically. According to official report, China’s domestic market demands for hydraulic, pneumatic, sealing and related components will reach about RMB 77.2 billion (about RMB 41 billion for hydraulic products, RMB 15 billion for pneumatic products and RMB 19 billion for sealing products). Demands Numbers in Key User Markets

Agricultural Machinery - By 2012, there will be 1.3 million tractors and 400 thousand combine harvesters with large and medium motors, calling for components such as gear pump, plunge pump, multiport valve and hydraulic cylinder.

Engineering Machinery - By 2012, the annual demand will get to 80,000 hydraulic excavators, 10,000 bulldozers, 12,000 shovel loaders, 2,000 land scrapers, 15,000 road rollers, 20,000 engineering cranes, 8,000 forklifts and 10,000 concrete agitators.

Metallurgy and Mining Machinery - Industry survey shows that, about 14.5% and 9% of the hydraulic and pneumatic product sales respectively are offered to metallurgy and mining industries. Every year, millions USD are invested in components import for machinery maintenance.
