China ministry approve feasibility on Hebei Steel expansion

According to local media, Metallurgical Mines’ Association of China entrusted by Ministry of Land and Resources, approved feasibility on expansion at the north part of Sijiaying iron ore mine in August.

The plan is designed to utilise 835.841 million tonnes of iron ore in the region and has nominal capacity of processing 22.7 million tonnes of crude ore a year, at average fe content of 27.76%.
