CHINAPLAS 2014: Gainpro boasts efficiency of drying/dehumidifying unit

THE DRYING and Dehumidifying Machine from Gainpro shortens by half the drying duration and effectively increases transparency for 3C products, i.e. lens backboards (PC, PMMA). It also reduces the generation of gas during the injection moulding and effectively minimizes the cleaning of moulds (PA46, PPS) so as to increase mobility.

It reduces the ripples caused by insufficient drying, thus increasing the life and quality of the product. By allowing increased drying of the raw material, product stretching resistance is enhanced.  Due to less moisture in the raw material, less resistance is left in the raw material to hinder intermolecular combination.

In general, the machine saves on costs – both for the equipment and drying of plastic materials. The machine saves electricity consumption by as much as 40%. The 3-in-one fast dehumidification device is equipped with patented valve to completely clean the plastic residue so that there will be no material re-dampening problem.
