CHINAPLAS 2014: Shuttle circular loom from Lohia

Lohia will present its Nova 61, 6 shuttle circular loom, which is designed to weave PP/HDPE plastic, fabric and other flexible woven fabric for packaging requirements. The machine can produce plastic woven fabric width (double flat) 70 to 120 cm. The woven fabric is used for various applications like packing of cones in textile industry, bale wrapping, husk/cattle feed packing, cement in PP/paper coated bags etc. 

The tension of warp tapes is regulated by load cell controlled positive warp in-feed system, which controls the speed of inlet rollers during weaving as per set tension. The fabric roll winder also has a load cell assisted drive to ensure uniform winding tension of the fabric throughout the build. 

The machine guarantees excellent weaving quality at low maintenance cost.
