Chyi Yang: Blown film machine
Chyi Yang's PE Stretch Film Blown Film Machine is for producing PE stretch film & PE cling film. The company uses liquid PIB injection system to inject the liquid adhesive into the screw to get the sticky film. This technology allows customers to adjust the stickiness and save resin cost. The winder is equipped with no-tension control which allows the film to be the same tension and won't tighten the paper cores. The co-speed controller controls the speed of take-up unit and winder to be the same, so the film won't be stretched and can keep the stretch after winding. This machine can produce 10 rolls of film width 300mm or 6 rolls of film width 500mm at one time, and the output can be 100-150kgs/hr. for 1-layer 75mm extruder.

EREMA's focus at Chinaplas 2015 will be on its top-selling hit, the new INTAREMA® generation of systems featuring the core technology Counter Current. The global market leader in plastics recycling system engineering has already

Frigosystem: Cooler
ACE, is the new range of coolers for industrial process cooling, manufactured by Frigosystem. By using powerful fans, controlled by electronic system, ambient air is drawn initially through a PVC evaporator screen which is uniformly moistened by means of a patented shower water distribution system which also incorporates anti scale and auto clean functions. ACE works in a closed circuit, without any evaporation of the process water. The fluid inside the cooler battery is always clean and free of external contaminants,  therefore, water treatments are not required except for glycole to add in case of low outdoor temperature.

Inglass/HRSflow specialises in hot runners. Its most recent product has been developed in collaboration with Autodesk to simulate the gradual opening and closing of its FLEXflow valve gate nozzles with Autodesk Moldflow, thus predicting pressure reduction and the associated closing force reduction. In addition, users will now be able to determine opening strokes (valve positions), opening and closing times, and opening and closing speeds of FLEXflow valve
gate nozzles thanks to Moldflow filling analysis. The data can subsequently be transmitted as a first basic setting to the HRSflow control unit, which significantly facilitates first mould validation.

At this year's Chinaplas, alongside presentations of new technical developments, Kautex Maschinenbau GmbH will be turning the spotlight on its service products. Kautex Maschinenbau will present its state-of-the-art blow moulding machinery technology and its retrofitting programme for used machinery. The company will present its KB25 suction blow moulding machine that has been modernised at the Shunde plant. KUBOTA Corporation joins Chinaplas this year with its new NX Gravimetric Single Screw Feeder NX-S78C at its booth. This model along with new Twin Screw NX-T45MC expands the NX family of feeders to enable the optimisation of feeder type to match the customer's materials and feed rates. This ability to fine tune the feeder selection will provide a higher performing solution. RJG: Gage system for high cavitation moulds
The Multichannel Strain Gage system simplifies the installation of strain gage cavity pressure sensors in high cavitation moulds. The adaptor greatly decreases the footprint on the mould that was previously needed for multi-sensor installations. By moving the Multichannel Adapter electronics off the mould, this system increases reliability, and because the adapter can be used on multiple moulds, it also reduces sensor cost. Zambello: Super high torque gearboxes
The increasing demand for higher performances coming from the manufacturers of co-rotating twin-screw extruders induced ZAMBELLO Riduttori to develop the new TST (Twin Super Torque) gearbox range.
