Acerpack: Bag making machine
Acerpack Sheng Fon - The Global compact bag coreless on roll machine is designed within the concept of ‘Industry 4.0’. The machine incorporates a complete automated assembly line with a fully automatic production line given the feature of its robotic arms and packing system. AMUT: Stretch film line
Amut’s thermoforming machine, the PA980Q-VP series can process plates in PP and PS materials with or without mineral fillers using vacuum and pressure forming technology. The model has a simultaneous forming and cutting in one station technology, including a maximum clamping force of 130 tons thanks to new high performance toggles closing system. The mold area is 1.050 mm x 1.050 mm and it is possible to reach speed up to 55 dry cycles/min.  Another important product is the all brand new TELIA FSC, central drum, gearless flexo machine, which represents the best technology currently available in the market for fast job changes. ARBURG: Electric injection molding machines
At CHINAPLAS 2016, the Arburg exhibit covers a complete range of plastic parts production - from one-off parts to high-volume production.  A Freeformer demonstrates the efficient additive manufacture of design samples and prototypes based on the example of a "pill splitter".  Once the supporting structures have been removed in a water bath, the two-piece articulated part can be used as a design prototype or for functional tests, for example. A high-speed IML thin-walled application also shows a "Packaging" version of a hybrid Allrounder turning out four IML containers in a cycle time of around 3.2 seconds.

Chyi Yang: Blown film machine
Chyi Yang developed a 3-Layer Co-Extrusion Blown Film Machine. It cooperated with Italy SYCRO to produce main parts including IBC, 3-layer co-extrusion die, air ring, automatic width & thickness controller. The internal bubble control (IBC) is available for film cooling and increasing output. Film width is set up by touch screen instead of manual operation. Chyi Yang uses automatic thickness & width control to control the difference range between ±5% to save resin cost.

Dase-sing: Auto sleepving and shrink leave machine

Erema: Recycling system
EREMA holds live demonstration of TVEplus® technology for heavily printed materials. The company exhibits the INTAREMA® 1007 TVEplus® with an EREMA SW4/104 RTF melt filter. This system is shown live in action with a throughput of 300-350 kg/h to present the highly efficient recycling of heavily printed LDPE materials. Lohia: Circular looms
nova 61 is a 6 shuttle circular loom from Lohia Corporation. The machine is designed to weave PP/HDPE plastic, and fabric having working width (double flat) 70 to 120 cm. The woven fabric is used for various applications like packing of cones in textile industry, bale wrapping, husk/cattle feed packing, cement in PP/paper coated bags etc. The tension of warp tapes is regulated by load cell controlled positive warp in-feed system, which controls the speed of inlet rollers during weaving as per set tension. Sacmi:  Plastic caps production system
This year, Sacmi’s focus at its exhibit is its new concept of integrated plastic cap manufacturing line characterized by compactness and process optimization. The application on display manufactures S30W-standard caps in HDPE, produced by the new CCM 48 SC with a cycle time of just 1.8 seconds. This results in output rates of 1,600 caps per minute. Such production and energy performance has been made possible by compression technology that, compared to alternative technologies, ensures total process repeatability and, therefore, the manufacture of caps with improved weight and size consistency. Lower HDPE extrusion temperatures also mean better energy performance.
