China's brewers to hold AGM in Shanghai

THE Brewing Committee of the China Food Industry Association will again hold their Annual General Meeting (AGM) alongside China BevTek 2013, which is being held concurrently ProPak China in Shanghai from 17-19 July

The decision to return to Shanghai for the Brewing Industry AGM reflects the importance of the East China market for beer and, in fact, all beverages.

Over 200 industry leaders, the country’s top brewers and technology manufacturers have so far registered to attend the AGM and technology forum. Speakers include experts from the China National Food Industry Association, Hua Run Snow Beer, SABMiller, Shanxi Brewery Committee, and Jiangnan University. The programme includes business matching meeting with exhibitors displaying technology in the China BevTek exhibition.
