Local experts from Chr. Hansen will be available to discuss business opportunities with visitors at Ingredients Middle East 2013, which runs concurrent with Gulfood on February 25-28. The team will present their portfolio of natural ingredients, host tasting sessions and demonstrations of confectionery making. Products like yoghurts, smoothies, cheese and candies containing their ingredients are there for the buyer’s assessment. Likewise, visitor will be able to learn about market trends and consumer preferences.
Known for their high-quality cultures, probiotics and natural colours, Chr. Hansen will be sharing their latest products including the YoFlex? culture range. These innovative cultures set a new standard for smoothness and creaminess, combined with probiotics, which makes it a perfect choice for healthy drinking yoghurts.
The brand new protective FreshQ? culture for natural preservation of fresh dairy products will also be introduced at the trade show.
The team will demonstrate the benefits of probiotics to create healthy and natural foods, as well as present the company’s bright and intense colours for beverages, confectionery and other food applications, including FruitMax colouring foodstuffs, I-colours for powder soft drinks and Ultra Stable Red, a landmark innovation for red beverages with outstanding stability.
