Chr. Hansen probiotics at Vitafoods Europe

Probiotic oil drops for infants and children will be amongst products Chr. Hansen will present at Vitafoods Europe, on 6-8 May in Geneva, Switzerland.

“The product, which has a neutral flavour and is easy to dose, contains our premium probiotic strain
BB-12^? in combination with sunflower oil. It is a convenient, safe and efficacious solution for mothers who want the best for their children,” says Charlotte Beyerholm, marketing manager, Human Health & Nutrition Division. Samples of probiotic products will come in different dosage forms, including chewable tablets and stick packs.

The company will be co-exhibiting with a manufacturing partner, Biofarma.“By joining forces at Vitafoods Europe, we provide expert knowledge within both probiotics and manufacturing, so we can find the probiotic solution that best fits our customers’ business,” adds Ms Byerholm.

On May 7, from 3:10-4:10pm, the company will host the seminar, “Continuous improvement of probiotic stability.” This is an opportunity for attendees to receive the latest data supporting shelf-stable probiotics.
