HORIZONTAL BORING MILLING MACHINES: MP‐RAM HEAVY DUTY SERIES

At the top of its extensive range, JUARISTI presents the boring and milling RAM Machines Heavy Duty Series MP, fully hydrostatic guided that combine’s latest technology together with a modern and attractive new design.

Ongoing last developments in R & D carried out in recent years in hydrostatic technology together with

extensive experience in manufacturing of large boring machines, have resulted in the development of the 4 current models covering virtually every market demands : MP5, MP7, MP9 and MP10 RAM.

JUARISTI MP10 RAM MACHINE: LARGE MACHINING CAPACITY: This new model is the larger one and can be supplied with boring bar 205‐225‐250, reaching a travel Z + W = 3200 and a vertical travel Y = 8000. A wide variety of milling heads can be combined, up to 60 kW and controlled facing heads for boring and facing operations diameters up to 2000mm.

Flexibility / Versatility: combination of Automatic Tool Changer ATC, Pick Up Stations (AAC up to 6

accessories) and Rotary tables up to 125 Tn. capacity allow the milling, boring, drilling and facing works of 5 sides of the workpiece, in just one clamping.
