CIMES 2012: A global machine tool trading platform in China

CIMES- China's longest standing and largest international machine tool exhibition held in every even year in Beijing, will once again play an important role for the development and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry from 2012 onward.

The 11th edition of CIMES boasts 120,000sqm exhibition size and expects 1,300 exhibitors from 28 international regions and countries as well as 55,000 trade visitors from more than 70 countries and regions during June 12-16, 2012 at NCIEC in Beijing.

Generating US$284 million business transactions onsite in 2010, CIMES demonstrated its efficiency in delivering the right buyers to its exhibitors as well as its business matching capabilities and is applauded by those machine tool companies with an ambitious business expansion plan for the fast growing China market.

Many new first time international exhibitors at CIMES 2012 will enrich the exhibits portfolio with high quality machine tools. For the reputable and traditionally highly reliable and efficient German companies, Zeiss (measuring systems) which are famous for their precise technology; Matec will showcase its large variety of machining centers and Schwaebische Werkzeugmaschinen will demonstrate its high technology production line. Other new German companies include ATLANTA, Open mind, Lineartechnik Korb, Bielomatik, Helukabel, Eldec Schwenk Induction, Lenord and Bauer, Weko Gear-Technologies Wikus, DURR Ecoclean, PEE-WEE, and Chiron-Werke.
