CIMT 2013: Waldmann engineer of light (Video Interview)

Waldmann Group specializes in manufacturing industrial lighting. Its product range encompasses complex lighting systems with integrated light management, task lighting for all applications, including inspection and test lighting.  Markus Wiedmann, Chief Operating Officer presents the exhibit - a MACH LED PRO - at CIMT 2013. The LED has high intrusion protection, that means, it remains safe and keeps working as usual even if any material, such as liquid gets into it. Wiedmann offers different optics to meet various demands of customers. Markus stresses that the company is experienced in providing the best solution and defining the most suitable designs to give a perfect light condition for the machines. Waldmann has a wide collection of LEDs though the company still sells fluorescent lights. Talking of energy saving, the Waldmann LED is able to save up to 70% of the energy while maintaining exact the same light level and getting a long lamplife.

Nowadays, more and more China customers demand for high quality and energy saving components. Waldmann's lights are certainly one of their options. Markus agrees that CIMT is one of the biggest metalworking shows in China. He expects that many more China manufacturers will learn more of Waldmann's products and technologies from the show.  "We will also advertise our products through print magazines and internet as well," Markus adds.
