Citrosuco to showcase sustainable fruit processing

ORANGE processing leader, Citrosuco will be presenting a range of juices, oils and essences at Gulfood. The company will highlight its sustainable approach to production and show visitors how it eliminates waste by fully utilising orange.

Besides orange, it offers grapefruit juice from Brazil and Florida, Waterphase and Oilphase Essences, Peel Oil, Pulp Cells, Citrus Terpene (D`Limonene) and Citrus Pulp Pellets. These highly functional co-products may be used in juices and nectars as well as in the fragrance, flavour, cleaning, cosmetic and animal feed industry.

Citrosuco describes its main competencies as follows: Producing orange juice and additional co-products extracted from the fruit all year round within its dual-hemisphere manufacturing facilities; enabling its customer base all across the world to access its orange juice and other citrus products through dedicated storage facilities and bulk tanker vessels; and connecting the grove to the customers` juice experience with tailor-made or generic orange juice recipes.
