A clean chamfer - also in case of miniature machining

Mikron Tool SA Agno completed a drill program for small diameter ranges with the new milling tool, MiquMill Frontchamfer. Available as small as a 1mm diameter, this mini-chamfer mill can machine hard-to-reach spots. MiquMill excels due to its uniform cutting characteristics over the whole cutting edge. It is suitable for the machining of all metals. In case of hard machining over 56 HRC, Mikron Tool recommends a special execution with an adapted geometry that fulfils perfectly the high requirements. Diameters from 1 to 6mm are readily available from stock. The standard execution of MiquMill Frontchamfer has a bevel angle of 90? Special executions with different diameters, lengths or angles are available upon request.
