THIS is the third significant step in the evolution of CMB Engineering's Academy as it continues to build on existing practical and theoretical training for its global range of canmaking machines, including the CMB5000 Bodymaker and the CMB550 Trimmer (CMB 5500 Canmaker).
“We are delighted to once again expand our Academy offering by introducing one of our most innovative machines,” says Andrew Truelove, General Manager at CMB Engineering. “This latest installation reflects our unwavering commitment to improving our customers’ knowledge and understanding by providing a range of expert-led practical and theory-based learning workshops.”
With nearly 100 machines already operating in the industry, the 3400 Die Necker is well established in the market. Its user friendly operation and the vast experience CMB have with can size changes, positions the machine as a true world leader. The addition of the 3400 Die Necker to the academy further enhances the customer experience, providing training in a non-production environment.
“Investing in the Academy is investing in the future. We’ve had excellent feedback from industry professionals and want to continue to grow the Academy to support our full machinery line up. We are also eager to meet any specific customer requirements and as a result, we have produced a series of bespoke training packages for all of our canmaking equipment currently installed.”
Bookings for the current set of workshops remain in high demand, and with the addition of the Die Necker 3400 the company will continue to provide its customers with a continuing high level of support and service with a wider product range.
