CMB Engineering names first Head of Quality

CMB Engineering a provider of canmaking machinery, has created a Head of Quality role within its organisational structure. Alan Grogan has been appointed to the role to focus on optimising the current business systems utilising an integrated management approach and implementing tools designed to meet the needs of customers and employees.

Mr Grogan has worked in several industries. He began working on the shop floor of LG Philips Displays developing experience in Process and Project Engineering whilst simultaneously obtaining his degree in Quality Management from the University of Salford. This led to more senior roles in Quality Management at companies like De La Rue Security Threads, BAE Systems, Ultra Electronics and Precision Polymer Engineering.
