CMB installs multistage die necking machine at its Academy

THE 3400 Die Necker multistage die necking machine is the first of its kind for canmaking and seaming. The machine from global provider of canmaking machinery CMB Engineering has been installed at the company’s Academy.

CMB considers this a third significant step in the evolution of its Academy, building on existing practical and theoretical training for its canmaking machines, including the CMB5000 Bodymaker and the CMB550 Trimmer (CMB 5500 Canmaker). The addition of the 3400 Die Necker offers customers a high level of support and service with a wider product range.

There are nearly 100 of the 3400 Die Necker operating in the industry.
