Coffee roasting secrets revealed at ICTF 2013

THE International Coffee & Tea Festival takes place on 6-9 November at the Meydan Grandstand & Convention Centre in Dubai. A popular event for the region’s coffee and tea industry, ICTF will host the Specialty Coffee Training, a standard feature of the festival. But for the first time, the Specialty Coffee Roasting programme will be part of the training syllabus, and is certified by the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA). The workshop will show how the ‘Third Wave of Coffee’ movement trending around the world is elevating coffee preparation into a speciality craft.
