Gruppo Colines Holding, a company engaged in the production of lines and machinery for plastics processing, has finalized an agreement to purchase Torninova Srl, a company dedicated to manufacturing, assembling and maintenance of equipment for producing plastics materials in general and, in particular, air-bubble film.
Gruppo Colines Holding is already a key player in the global market with its subsidiaries Colines SpA and Elav Srl. The Group's operations serves eight sectors. With this latest acquisition, Colines is further strengthening its sales and technological superiority in the field of machinery for producing protective air-bubble film.

Founded in 1973, Colines is based in Novara, Italy. It manufactures blown and cast film equipment for the production of various types of films. Established in 1969, Torninova is based in Perugia, Italy. Aside from air-bubble equipment, the company also supplies extrusion lines for film production and other types of machines for printing/flexographic and compounding.
