Colour masterbatches specialist New Particle shows off growing product range

New Particle Chemical Colors specialises in manufacturing colour masterbatches and colouring plastic resins. "We offer 1200 types of our own standard grade colour masterbatches and also we customise colours according to clients' request", Chang Ching Lu, director of the company says.  

At TaipeiPlas 2012, New Particle displays samples of grain, wooden, marble, metallic effect masterbatches. The marble effect masterbatch provides 4 different sizes, which are long dot, small dot, middle dot and big dot. It can apply on various materials, such as ABS, AS(SAN), GPS, HIPS, PMMA, K resin, PP, PE, PVC, PU, TPR, EVA, PA, POM. Currently those are widely used in floors, counter surfaces, walls and furniture.  

The Shelly shining effect masterbatch, which is newly developed, has super high gloss effect. It is natural gloss like shells and better than pearls. In addition, no coating or extra processing is required. New Particle now offers APL67(ABS) base with rigid property and CPL67(PC) base with flexible property.  

The company currently has two production plants - one in Shanghai China and the other one in Taoyuan, Taiwan.
