Computerised quantitative filling machine

VOLUMETRICALLY accurate depositing of chocolate or filling masses with a very wide range of recipes and physical properties is simplified using a computerised quantitative filling machine.
With this depositor design, the horizontal depositing pistons are arranged in one or several rows in a one or two-sided piston system, and depositing exact weights in spot or ribbon mode. The mass flow is controlled during suction and depositing by a rotary valve on each piston system side or by a slide gate valve.
Integrated digital control with PLC and Hi-tech Touch Screen controls for easy operation. Volume set can be changed on the touch screen. Filling pistons are controlled by servo system to an accuracy of  ±0.5%.
Connecting with conveyance equipment completely achieves automatic process and labour savings, and installation onto other companies' machinery poses no problem.
