The Asian leading intra-logistics trade fair CeMAT ASIA 2012 will be held from 29 October to 1 November at Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Over the past 12 years, CeMAT ASIA has been remaining steadily rising development. It has become a grand and most influential international event in the field of logistics technology and equipment in Asia-Pacific region. According to the recruitment of exhibitors this year, all figures climb to a new high level again, for example the exhibition areas of Hall W1 to Hall W3, greatly increased heavyweight exhibitors, and further improved quality of exhibits. In the final preparation stage, the exhibition has fully turned to another important aspect, namely exhibitors and visitors service. “With the development of this exhibition to current degree, the needs of exhibitors and visitors have become increasingly diversified. In addition to the presentation of products and technologies, all participants hope to achieve actual results.” says James Fu, general manager of Hannover Milano Fairs China Ltd., “For this reason, as the organizer, Hannover Fairs is constantly exploring and innovating. We will provide in-depth services for exhibitors and visitors by creating a wide range of concurrent activities.”
In fact, CeMAT ASIA has made efforts in the market. On 24 May, Hannover Milano Fairs Shanghai Ltd., together with Industrial Truck Institution of China Construction Machinery Association, invited nearly 30 major forklift enterprises to attend a seminar for exchanging ideas on the industrial exhibition. Through face-to-face communication, latest market information and exhibitors’ opinions were collected, which helps promote the development of the exhibition in line with the interests of exhibitors and visitors.
The concurrent activities of the exhibition can be divided into two main categories which just meet two kinds of demand of exhibitors and visitors, namely in-depth exchanges and procurement match-making. Thus, a number of market-
