Connell Brothers, Cypress Systems enter exclusive deal in Taiwan

CONNELL Brothers (CBC) will be exclusively representing the full line of innovative nutritional ingredients from Cypress Systems Inc. in Taiwan.

 

The agreement covers the flagship product, SelenoExcell® High Selenium Yeast, and other organic minerals and mineral-fortified yeasts. The SelenoExcell is a natural food form of selenium, which plays an important role in the body's natural defense system and in many cases is a key nutrient for proper body function.

 

SelenoExcell is the first form of selenium with a US FDA GRAS Letter of No Objection for food and beverage. This makes the product an ideal nutraceutical ingredient for a variety of applications in dietary supplements and food and beverage.

 

CBC and Cypress Systems have been working together since 2013 across many of their distribution locations in the Asia-Pacific, including Australia and Viet Nam.

 

Cypress Systems manufactures premium food forms of organically bound minerals and nutritional yeast products distributed throughout the global dietary supplement, functional food, and animal nutrition
