Contract Manufacturing Zone @ Interplas

The new organisers of Inter plas, Rapid News Communications Group, announced another new feature for 2011. The "Contract Manufacturing Zone." will take its place in the hall alongside over 200 leading lights from the plastics industry. The Zone is dedicated to companies offering contract moulding, extruding, thermoforming and other such services, and provides a compelling reason for processing firms targeting the OEM sector to get involved. Interplas has been serving the plastics community since 1951, drawing visitors from all manufacturing sectors. But never before has the show addressed such a comprehensive "start to finish" window on the plastics manufacturing chain—from the raw polymer ingredients right through to the finished consumer part. Centre stage will be the OEM "British Centre of Excellence" exhibiting famous British brands such as Hozelock & the Henry Vacuum from Numatic, demonstrating some of the finest and most recognisable mouldings from the UK. This year's edition of Interplas will be held at the NEC, Birmingham, on 27-29 September 2011.
