FOR delicate bulk products, Spiroflow created Cableflow Cable Driven Tubular Drag Conveyors to ensure their gentle handling and safe transfer.

The conveying equipment can transfer products like of powders, granules, or whole coffee beans from single or multiple in-feed points to single or multiple discharge points without any discernible damage. It can handle hot, cold, wet, dry, hygroscopic, or temperature-sensitive materials. It is the only mechanical conveyor that can operate in three planes, enabling complex circuits, eliminating transfer points, and using only a single drive.

The Cableflow adopts Spiroflow’s Aero Mechanical range to drag the ingredients along the inside of a tube for efficient, dust-tight operation. It can use the patented Dynamic Automatic Rope Tensioner (DART) rope tensioning system for maximum rope life and minimum maintenance.
