Coveris buys flexographic print company

LONDON—COVERIS is acquiring Learoyd Packaging (Holdings) Limited, a leading flexographic print company in the UK supplying flexible packaging solutions to major supermarkets, own brands and food manufacturers and retailers.

In moving to acquire the company, Coveris takes advantage of Learoyd ‘s market reputation for flexible packaging as it aims to offer more advanced processes and technologies in flexible packaging.

Learoyd has a skilled workforce of 180 professionals which have enabled the company to establish a strong reputation for quality, service and innovation in the area of flexographic printing.
