Creaform Germany moves to new offices

Creaform, worldwide leader in portable 3D measurement solutions and 3D metrology services, has moved its German subsidiary to Leinfelden-Echterdingen near Stuttgart - more space for a growing Creaform team, a better classroom for the Creaform Campus, and more spacious metrology laboratories.

"We have done business in Germany for almost four years now,” explained Martin Lamontagne, division vice president AMETEK and business unit manager for Creaform. “During that time, we have earned a reputation as a trusted manufacturer of portable 3D measurement solutions and a provider of quality metrology services.”

“Outstanding sales growth drove our decision to move. Many large German automotive and aerospace OEMs and suppliers, as well many other manufacturing companies have adopted Creaform technologies. As a result, the demand for Creaform products and metrology services has increased significantly,” he adds.

“The new facilities allow Creaform to respond to an increased demand for customer training and support and provide our metrology laboratories with the ability to scan and measure larger parts, such as full-size automobiles. And, our employees will have a more pleasant and productive work environment to better support our growing customer base,” concludes Lamontagne.

Creaform Germany, a subsidiary of the Canadian-based Creaform Inc., was founded in May 2010. It offers portable handheld 3D scanners, portable arm-free CMMs, automated inspection solutions as well as metrology services.
