DDW facility receives GFSI certificate

D.D. Williamson (DDW) has received the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) certification for its natural colouring production site in Port Washington, Wisconsin, United States. All the company’s food colour facilities have the GFSI certification, considered as the ‘gold standard’ for global food safety. DDW’s caramel colour facilities are in Louisville, Kentucky; Manchester, UK; County Cork, Ireland; Manaus, Brazil; Matsapha, Swaziland; and Shanghai, China.
