Flavours offer fresh, sun-ripened melon nuances to foods and beverages

IN TIME for summer, D?hler has released a range of melon flavours to add freshness to foods and beverages. Characterised as juicy with fruity taste notes, the new flavours can be added to alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, wine beverages, soft drinks, ice creams and other products.

Melon has a complex flavour profile, having hundreds of flavour components and fresh nuances that are particularly difficult to identify. But the company has succeeded in authentically recreating the taste of a range of melon varieties in its portfolio of natural flavours.
