D?hler releases shade of yellow for beverages

“SOFT YELLOW” is the latest tone in D?hler’s Crystal Clear Colours range. It is the company’s contribution to the production of natural beverages.

In the past, to achieve a ‘warm orange’, ‘shining yellow’ or ‘soft yellow’ in clear beverages without affecting the taste and stability was by using artificial colours.

The colour tones in the Crystal Clear Colours range display optimum stability and balanced sensory profile in transparent beverages, but they are free from artificial ingredients.  The Crystal Clear Colours 2.0 are based on natural colouring principles such as paprika extract, beta-carotene and  lutein. Hence they are suitable for vegetarian and vegan products.
