B. Solofix Safety is a sterile single-use safety lancet for capillary blood collection and has contact activated puncture and irreversible needle retraction mechanism. The lancet is made of polypropylene/polystyrene; the needle/blade is made of siliconized stainless steel. Solofix Safety is available in three different color-coded versions: Solofix Safety Fine (blue), tri-bevel tip needle (25 G); Solofix Safety Universal (red), tri-bevel tip needle (21 G); and Solofix Safety Neonat (yellow), blade (8 mm). The dispenser box comes with 200 safety lancets.
