Die-casting shaped double control from Chit Shun

Chit Shun Machinery Ltd offers a new die casting equipment with forge casting technology. Aside from die casting advantage, it improves the casting structure to reduce the internal air-hole and loosening of casting parts. It also improves the die casting of high mechanical property. The die casting machine comes with locking force of 8000Kn and forging force of 4000Kn. This equipment has three parts: die & die casting & forging. During production, put the liquid alloy into injection sleeve, casting will take place after the liquid alloy fill in the mould by pressure injection. After 0.02 - 0.07 seconds, the forging device starts, forging transmission rod give pressure on punch pressurised metal forging shape. The machine can turn off the function of forging function for normal casting production. It also provides far-end monitoring system.
