DMG MORI SEIKI chief financial officer leaves

The Executive Board member Kathrin Dahnke is leaving the company at her own request. 

The Supervisory Board will discuss a successor at its next scheduled meeting on 10 March 2014 and is expected to appoint a new chief financial officer timely. In the meantime, the Chairman of the Executive Board will assume Ms Dahnke’s duties temporarily.

The consolidated financial statements and the single entity financial statements of DMG MORI SEIKI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT were prepared and approved unanimously by the Executive Board on 24 February 2014. Both financial statements will likewise be dealt with at the scheduled meeting of the Supervisory Board on 10 March 2014.
