DoFreeze opens new plant

BAKERY firm DoFreeze LLC is set for operations at its AED 180 million ($49 million) manufacturing facility in Dubai. Production capacity for one of Middle East's industrial bakers has tripled and a large range of new products will be developed and launched in several phases, DoFreeze said. "We have launched a new luxury range under the brand name Delice consisting of luxury Swiss rolls and pound cakes," said the firm. Established in 1999, DoFreeze produces premium quality, long shelf-life branded cakes and a comprehensive range of frozen dough products, including pre-proved butter croissants bread rolls, savoury and sweet puff pastry range.
