Dubai hosts 4-day food safety conference in October

THE Ninth Dubai International Food Safety Conference and IAFP’s Fourth Middle East Symposium on Food Safety will be held from 25 to 28 October 2015 at the Dubai Convention and Exhibition Center in the UAE. Designed for the food industry, regulatory authorities, and students in the field of food safety, the conference program will include a series of workshops, technical sessions, and poster presentations. A food safety exhibition will be held alongside the event.

The annual conference is organized by the Food Control Department of Dubai Municipality with support from the International Association for Food Protection (IAFP). Since its launch, the event has continued to gain quite a following. In 2014, the conference gathered 200 presenters and 1,700 delegates from different countries.
